Many of our products are custom, printed, or made especially for you, so we aren't able to accept returns for changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cocoafairytales.com with your order number and photos. We'll review your request and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
